How to Create a New Workspace in Feedspace

Think of them like filing cabinets - you can group the feeds by project, client, campaign, or anything that makes sense for you. This makes it easy to find exactly what you need, and it keeps things tidy for you and your team.

How to create a new workspace
- Log into ** Feedspace **
- In the left panel, click Create new workspace
- Once done, configure the following settings:
- Upload Logo: Give your workspace a visual identity by uploading a logo. The accepted formats are .jpg, .jpeg, and .png, and the image size should not exceed 1MB.
- Workspace Name: Give your workspace a name that clearly reflects its purpose. Is it for a specific project? A dedicated client? Choose a name that sparks instant recognition.
- Description: Feeling descriptive? Add a short note explaining the purpose of your workspace. This is a handy reference point for you and your team.
- Click Create Now!
Congratulations! You can now see your newly created workspace chilling in the left-hand panel on the Home page.
How to edit a workspace
- Go to the Home page
- On the left-hand panel, find the workspace you want to edit. Click the three little dots next to it. A menu will appear.
- Click Edit Workspace. This opens the editing window, allowing you to make changes to your workspace details.
- Feeling like a name change? Want to update the logo or description? Now's your chance! Make any changes you desire.
- Once you're happy with your edits, click Save Changes. Your workspace will be updated, sparkling and organized just the way you like it.
