Select the Workspace for which you want to create video feed form
On the home page, click Create New Form
In the pop-up window, you'll see options for different feed types. Select Video Feed Form
Click Proceed
On the Create Video Feed Form page, configure the following settings:
Form Details
Workspace: Select the workspace where you want to save the form
Form Name: Give your form a clear and descriptive name for easy identification.
Messaging
Page Title: Craft a compelling title to grab attention.
Main Message: Compose a clear and concise message (up to 2400 characters) that explains the purpose of the video submissions and what you're hoping to learn from viewers.
Video Recording Button Name: Customize the text on the video recording button.
Screen Recording Button Name: Customize the text on the screen recording button if applicable.
Allow User to Upload Video File: Check or uncheck this option based on whether you want users to upload pre-recorded video files.
Attribution
Craft an informative Page Title and Page Subtitle that appears at the top of your video feed form.
Enable or disable options to collect user names, email addresses, and user consent. You can also include a custom text field (up to 180 characters) to gather additional information from participants.
Thank You Page
Personalize the Page Title and Thank You Message that users see after submitting their video.
Customization
Upload Logo: Upload your logo (JPG, JPEG, or PNG format; maximum 1MB) to add a professional touch to your form.
Video Duration: Set the desired video recording duration for submissions. Options include 3 minutes, 5 minutes, or 10 minutes.
Multi-Languages
Check the Multi-Languages option if you want to translate your video feed form into multiple languages, making it accessible to a wider audience.
