Log into Feedspace
Select the Workspace for which you want to create an audio feed form
On the home page, click on the Create New Form button
A pop-up window will appear, offering you the choice between audio, video, and text formats. Select Audio Feed Form to proceed
Now comes the fun part: customizing your form! Here's a breakdown of the key settings you can adjust:
Form Details
Workspace:Select the workspace where you want to store your form.
Form Name: Give your form a clear and descriptive name for easy identification.
Messaging
Page title: Craft a captivating page title to grab attention.
Main Message: Compose a clear and concise message (up to 2400 characters) explaining the purpose of the form and what you're looking for from participants.
Audio Recording Button Name: Personalize the call to action by naming the audio recording button.
Allow user to upload audio file: Decide whether you want to allow users to upload an existing audio file in addition to recording directly through the form.
Attribution
Designate a page title and subtitle for the attribution section, where participants can choose to share their name and contact information.
Enable or disable the option to collect a participant's name and email address. You can also include a short consent form (up to 180 characters) to explain how you'll use the collected information.
Thank You Page
Page Title: Create a clear and positive page title for the thank you message.
Thank You Message: Write a personalized thank you message to express your appreciation to participants for their contribution.
Customization
Upload Logo: Upload your logo (in JPG, JPEG, or PNG format, and no larger than 1MB) to add a professional touch to your form.
Audio Duration: Set the desired audio recording duration (options include 3 minutes, 5 minutes, and 10 minutes).
Multi-Languages
Check the box for Multi-Languages if you want to translate your form into different languages, making it accessible to a wider audience.
