How to Create Campaigns Using Feedspace

Need feedback from a large group of users but dread crafting individual emails? Feedspace campaigns are here to save the day! Create email campaigns in minutes, upload your contact list, and send personalized requests for feedback directly from Feedspace. It's a powerful tool to gather valuable insights and improve your product or service.

How to create a new campaign

Log into Feedspace
Go to Feedbox
Under the BY FEED FORMS section in the left panel, select the workspace for which you want to collect feedback
Select the Feed form that you want to share
**Import Contacts**
On the Import Contacts & Create Campaign page, configure the following settings:

Campaign Details

i) Campaign name: This is used to identify your campaign within Feedspace. Choose a name that reflects the purpose of the campaign. For example, if you're gathering feedback on a new product feature, you could call your campaign "New Feature Feedback."
ii) Description: This is an optional field where you can provide more details about your campaign. This information is for your internal reference only and won't be seen by your email recipients.
iii) Schedule date: This is the date you want your email campaign to be sent. You can schedule your campaign for a specific date and time in the future.
iv) Schedule time: This is the time you want your email campaign to be sent on the scheduled date.

Import Contacts File

i) Select File (.csv): This is where you will upload your list of email addresses. The file must be in CSV (comma-separated values) format. You can download a sample CSV template to ensure that the format is correct.

Email Detail

i) Subject: This is the first thing your recipients will see, so it's important to craft a subject line that is attention-grabbing and informative. You can choose a subject line that accurately reflects the content of your email and encourages recipients to open it.
ii) Content: This is the body of your email. This is where you will craft your message to your recipients.

After setting up the details, Click Save

How to run the campaign

Go to My Account

Click on Campaigns in the left panel. This will show you a list of all your campaigns
Select your campaign to view detailed information
Click on the play button to run the campaign
Once you click on the play button, a pop-up will appear, click Yes if you want to run the campaign

Note: You can choose to delete a record (any contact that you don't want send email to) by clicking on delete icon before running the campaign.

How to check the status of your campaign

After running the campaign successfully, you can easily track their status by clicking on the selected campaign
